Supervision of the quality of construction materials and workmanship Interaction with the other entities involved in the project, viz, PMC, and contractors
Providing Technical Advice And Solving Problem On Site.
Working with AutoCAD is must.

Preparation of Journal and Ledgers
Advanced knowledge of accounting software, TALLY/Bank related works
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
Manage key client relationships, including negotiating contracts and maintaining ongoing communication.
Lead the sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the company's goals.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance to senior leaders.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to build relationships and generate new business.
Provide input into the development of the company's marketing and product strategies.
