  • Overall Project Related Follow Up With Seniors, Contractors And Site Staff.
  • Assisting in preparing purchase orders and work orders with relevant technical and commercial terms.
  • Obtaining various offers and quotations for different works that needs to be executed.
  • Supervision of the quality of construction materials and workmanship Interaction with the other entities involved in the project, viz, PMC, and contractors
  • Providing Technical Advice And Solving Problem On Site.

Jr.Accounts Executive BCom 2 Years
  • Routine Day to Day work as per company policy
  • Preparation of Journal and Ledgers
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting software, TALLY/Bank related works
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Assistant Manager/Sales officer/Senior sales officer N/A 1 to 5 years
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Manage key client relationships, including negotiating contracts and maintaining ongoing communication.
  • Lead the sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the company's goals.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance to senior leaders.
